1. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital assets (The Void Protocol), refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase if the materials have not been fully accessed/downloaded. 2. Services: 1-on-1 Architecture sessions (Lighthouse) are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
3. Commitment: This is a high-accountability ecosystem. We do not offer refunds based on "lack of motivation." You buy the system, you commit to the work.
